Cabin Policy

Guests are responsible for full payment for the entire rental period that is booked.  Refunds will not be granted unless the cabin can be re-rented for the cancellation period.  Payments must be made, in full upon arrival.  If guests do not check out until after 11:00 a.m., they may be responsible to pay an additional $50.00, late-check-out-fee.

Guests shall be responsible for all damage or breakage and/or loss to the premises, if any should incur while the cabin is being rented in their name; if any item shall go missing while the cabin is being rented to the guest, the credit card given to Lost Meadows Resort during confirmation will be charged accordingly.  The property will be left in the same good and habitable condition that the renter found it in.  Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Lost Meadows Resort will not be responsible if any personal belongings should become damaged or lost.  It is the renter’s sole responsibility. 

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN CABINS or Vacation Houses.  Charges will apply!

Small pets are allowed in the campground, however, they must be on a leash at all times when outside, and it is up to the renter to clean up after the pets.  Please help keep our campground tidy.

No smoking is allowed in the cabins, Vacation House, or the facilities.

Discard cigarette butts in ashtrays/cans supplied on your decks.  There is a potential fire hazard during dry seasons.

Use of fireworks on Lost Meadows Resort property is prohibited.

A $20.00 charge will be applied to the renters credit card for every key not returned upon check-out.

Propane tanks at cabins are to be used solely for Lost Meadows BBQ's.  Renters will be charged an additional $30.00 if propane is used on personal belongings.

Absolutely NO deep fryers or turkey fryers, etc, are to be used on the decks.  Cleaning fees and/or replacement fees, as such, will be charged at the owners discretion.

Please use garbage disposal building for your household garbage and recyclables.
